Christmas at Glass Digital: Fundraising, quizzing and gifting
There’s been lots going on at Glass Digital HQ this Christmas!
The festivities kicked off in early December when our SEO, PPC, outreach and content teams began competing for ‘Best Dressed Desk 2015’, all in aid of charity. It was tinsel, baubles and fairy lights galore in the office, but only one desk could win. Sheer effort and enthusiasm saw Simona, Connor and Josie pinch the prize. The winners chose to send the £75.50 raised to Metro Radio Cash For Kids, who help disadvantaged children across the North East.
Next up was Text Santa Christmas Jumper Day, on Friday 18 December. Our most Christmassy colleagues donned their festive knitwear for the occasion, and gathered in front of one of the office’s many Christmas trees for a photo.
Today, Wednesday 23 December, marked the official Secret Santa gift exchange. Everything from elf slippers to chilli chocolates and Christmas beers was unwrapped before we gathered round for a Christmas quiz. Congrats to Chris and Jonathan, who took away the (miniature, plastic) trophies after acing the image round and demonstrating impeccable knowledge of Christmas movies.
As it’s our last day in the office until Monday 4 January, we’d like to wish all our clients and readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We’re looking forward to an exciting and successful 2016 at Glass Digital, and we hope you are too!
