Glass Digital is a digital marketing agency looking for someone with a passion for writing and marketing to join our organic search team as a Content Executive. If you're a strong writer who's confident turning their hand to any brief and meeting deadlines, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Content Executives are responsible for researching and writing bespoke content that gets our clients noticed online. As well as producing search-optimised website copy, you'll collaborate with our outreach specialists to create offsite content for digital PR opportunities and campaigns.

Working on a variety of projects for clients across sectors, you'll need to be an adaptable writer. Topics can include everything from fashion and travel to finance and manufacturing. The content team also proofread/edit each other's work.

You will manage projects and liaise with clients predominantly via an online collaboration tool, so excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

The Role

Outreach Executives are responsible for building Senior Outreach Executives are responsible for looking after client campaigns independently, including working on building relationships with editors and journalists, forward planning work and liaising directly with our clients.

You’ll need to be organised and conscientious, with the ability to juggle work for clients across a range of industries. As the outreach department is extremely collaborative, the ability to work as part of a team enthusiastically and professionally is integral.

Creative thinking and an interest in current affairs and pop culture is essential as you will be working with our wider outreach team, copywriters, and designers to create engaging content and digital PR campaigns. You’ll need to be confident expressing your ideas both to internal stakeholders and clients.

You'll collaborate with our content team to produce diagrams and data visualisations that enhance written work, as well as visual assets that our outreach team can use to generate external links and exposure. We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate Marketing to join our expanding agency and help grow our affiliate offering. Reporting to our team of Directors, you will work alongside a team of talented and innovative marketers to deliver high-performing affiliate campaigns for our clients. You will also lead our affiliate team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Head of Affiliate seeking a new role in a thriving agency, or a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As Head of Affiliate, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Managing effective revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key affiliates
  • Identifying new affiliates to onboard on existing campaigns in support of clients’ acquisition
