Glass Digital wins PPC Campaign of the Year (B2B) at the UK Digital Growth Awards
We’re thrilled to announce that Glass Digital has won PPC Campaign of the Year (B2B) at the UK Digital Growth Awards!
The UK Digital Growth Awards exist to recognise stellar work in digital marketing, from organic search strategies to affiliate and performance marketing campaigns. Entries were judged by a panel of esteemed industry experts who were looking for campaigns that are “transforming business, revolutionising customer experience and journey and, of course, adding real tangible value.”
The award recognises the team’s transformative paid search work for Plastic Box Shop, a long-term client that supplies storage solutions to offices and schools. Our objective for the campaign was to focus on new customer acquisition and achieve 800% ROI without exceeding their fulfilment obligations.
It goes without saying that COVID-19 has had a positive impact on the ecommerce industry. Plastic Box Shop was one such business that has had the opportunity to take advantage of these circumstances as the demand for their products grew.
The early stages of the pandemic did, however, provide challenges with order fulfilment due to lockdown restrictions. This resulted in Google Ads budget restrictions and meant that we had to be intelligent with the account’s budget strategy.
Once restrictions began to ease and orders could be fulfilled, there was an emphasis on new customer acquisition, so that we could help them make up for lost time.
Despite the highlighted challenges which the pandemic posed, we have successfully grown Plastic Box Shop’s Google Ads account, and driven some phenomenal results:
