Emma is a Content Executive here at Glass Digital, and she loves that the job allows her to do something different every day. She’s also a huge fan of the fact we have such a wide array of clients, as it means she’s always learning something new about a particular industry or topic.
Emma has a degree in English and American Literature and Culture, as well as a Masters in Magazine Journalism. After graduating from university and before joining Glass Digital, she undertook a short internship at a social media marketing agency where she created industry blogs, website copy, and social media content.
Emma’s role here at Glass Digital involves writing both onsite and offsite copy. This includes online editorials like advice pieces, which take a great deal of research, especially when they centre around a specialist topic, and she really enjoys the process of writing them.
She also writes optimised category content for our clients’ sites and, through keyword research, she’s able to tailor this for both search engines and the people who use them. She also plans and writes blog posts depending on what is timely and valuable for our clients’ target audiences. All of these tasks help to make up our content service.
