Before joining the outreach team here at Glass Digital, Bettie studied Fashion Communication at Northumbria University, and then worked as a Digital Media Co-ordinator for Staffordshire University. This experience gave her a great foundation of skills, which she’s built on during her time here to help us deliver an ethical and effective outreach service. The bulk of her work involves finding creative and valuable ways to build links to our clients’ websites in order to boost their Google rankings. This is a very prominent element of the organic search service we offer here at Glass Digital.
As one of Glass Digital’s Senior Outreach Executives, Bettie liaises with a wide range of national magazines and newspapers, niche websites, and industry publications to secure coverage and backlinks for our clients. No two days are ever the same in her job, because all of our clients are completely different. So, one day she might take part in an outreach strategy meeting for a fashion retailer, and on another she’ll be pitching unique and relevant editorial ideas on behalf of a fintech company.
On top of this, Bettie helps to train new outreachers, and conducts weekly training sessions with her team. This means she’s always on the lookout for the latest techniques we can use to supercharge our digital marketing strategies. This all helps us to offer the best SEO service possible.
