Our Junior Designer, Beth, left the world of advertising to join Glass Digital. She has a degree in Graphic Design, which means she knows exactly how to create illustrations and graphics that add something extra to our work. And the company is helping her to develop her skillset even further by giving her the time she needs to learn how to code.
Before coming to Glass Digital, Beth worked at an advertising agency in London. This means she's used to producing designs for a range of different platforms. Her previous job also helped her to gain experience of working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and a high quality of work is incredibly important.
One of the main reasons Beth loves working at Glass Digital is our transparency principle. This means we put a lot of effort into keeping our clients in the loop so they know where their money is being spent.
As a Junior Designer, she’s responsible for creating digital images with the goal of helping our clients to get noticed online. This is offered as part of our content service, and she collaborates with our Content Executives to produce diagrams and visualised data that enhance the quality of onsite content. She also creates design assets that we can use to build links through our outreach service, and has even produced ads that we use for paid search.
Because Beth is always working on a range of projects at any one time, she’s able to adapt the way she works to match each brief. And she asks our clients and the wider team for feedback to ensure all of her design work is completed to the highest possible standard.
Glass Digital is an agency that's committed to being transparent, which I find incredibly important as it means our clients know exactly what we're working on and when.
I also love that working here is giving me the opportunity to pick up a lot of new skills. For example, I've been given the time to learn how to code, which is great. Glass Digital really care about helping us to progress in our careers, and that's really refreshing.
